Michelle Fischer - Managing Director

I've specialised in Recruitment and Career Management for more years than I care to count (!) and am one of those people who truly loves my job.

When I left school, like so many people, I had no idea what I wanted to do and fell upon Recruitment rather fortuitously. Looking back, I think it's this lack of knowledge that inspired me to want to help others both find people for jobs and find jobs for people.

After a brief foray in the world of agency Recruitment, followed then by several years heading up the Recruitment and Resourcing functions for a number of large organizations, I was made redundant in 2007 and set up my own business.

Since then I've made it my purpose, and that of Creative Leadership, to help people and businesses with simple and effective Recruitment, Resourcing and Talent Management tools that save time, effort and money.

Personally, I'm most inspired when I see that flash of inspiration reflected in someone's eye when they've figured out for themselves what it is they want to do next and how easy it can be!

I love all things historical and when I was younger I wanted to be an archaelogist.
I once worked in the Alps as a Chalet Girl
My father's French so I can speak the language fluently
I lived in London for many years but missed the sea. I returned to my home-town of Bournemouth, Dorset in 2003.
